Our story at Menopause Wellness Ireland
Our passion for inclusive menopause support and empowering women and their networks is what drives us.
With over 20 years’ experience in education, training and programme development, we are passionate about making health and wellbeing information accessible to everyone.
We are qualified Menopause Wellness Practitioners and Menopause First Aiders and have a particular interest in how menopause affects women with learning disabilities and autistic women, including the impact on communication, sensory experiences, mental wellbeing and day-to-day life.
We work in partnership with Universities on research and the development of projects.
Our approach to training is practical, inclusive and person-centred. We believe everyone should have access to accurate information, appropriate education and the opportunity to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing, regardless of ability or disability.

Our inspiration and journey
Every woman's menopause journey is different, yet we all navigate it. At Menopause Wellness Ireland, we believe sharing information and educating ourselves can make this journey significantly easier and more manageable. Our commitment is to illuminate the path for every woman.

Our unique and inclusive approach
Our training isn't just for women. It's for anyone impacted by menopause: husbands, boyfriends, sons, brothers, and friends. Educating and informing themselves will result in a better understanding and fosters a more supportive environment for everyone.

Guiding principles and values
We are guided by inclusive, factual information delivered informally and with humour. Our aim is to help you get on with your day-to-day life with less stress and more confidence, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and well-being.
""I am leaving today's training with greater self awareness and confidence, applying the knowledge and skills from the training back to my workplace as well as my own personal life" (Claire, HR Manager)"
